It is recommended that you wait to be invoiced after an auction is over or you have completed your purchases. Shipping and handling will be determined by ADME Stamp at the published rates and added to your invoice. If you make payment without an invoice and you have not paid enough shipping and handling your payment will be refunded and an invoice will be issued with the correct amount of the shipping and handling. Your item will not be shipped until payment is received in accordance with the invoice you receive from ADME Stamp. If you choose to pay without an Invoice and over pay on the shipping and handling your payment will be accepted and your purchases shipped.
