All Domestic shipments will be shipped via the United States Postal Service(USPS), unless the shipper chooses to use United parcel Service(UPS) or any other carrier as a matter of convienence for the shipper. If The Postal Service is not used, the customer will be notified as to which carier will be delivering their order.
If you are paying by check, money order or cashier check, your order will not be
shipped until payment is received in accordance with the invoice you receive
after your order is received by ADMEStamp.com. Personal checks must be cleared by
ADMEStamp.com's bank before your order is shipped. It can take from 4 days to a
week for personal checks to clear. Money orders are preferred, my bank considers a money order the same as cash, and there will be no delay in shipping your order, if you are paying by mail.
ALL International Shipments will be charged the actual shipping cost for their order, and the order will be shipped via The United States Postal Service International First Class Mail.

You MUST place your order as if you are paying by check and then wait until ADMEStamp.com e-mails you an Invoice with the shipping and handling charges added, and payment instructions for Paypal. You will receive an invoice within 12 hours and normally wuthin a couple hours. Please see instructions below for paying with a check or money order. After receiving your invoice, with the shipping charges, payment must be made through Paypal with your Paypal account by using your account balance; using a valid credit card, through Paypal; or by e-check, through Paypal, in US Dollars. I do not accept foreign currency, checks, money orders or cashier checks. Due to the high cost of mailing an order to international destinations, all International Customers will be charged the actual shipping cost for shipping and handling to destination. If you do not wait for an invoice and pay without the shipping charges, you will be invoiced for the shipping charges and any additional charges from Paypal for a second transaction. Your order will not be shipped until the second invoice is paid. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of placing your order. Thank You.
Registering:
The buyer must contact the seller (See the ADMEStamp.com Contact Page)
before making payment, to advise the seller
if they desire their item to be registered or insured. Orders not insured or
registered will be shipped with the understanding that the buyer assumes
responsibility when the shipment is released to the shipping company.
